British writer and commentator, Tom Chatfield has authored a fine book for Penguin Random House titled ‘Live This Book’, and with the typographic know-how of designer Chris Bentham, living the book is exactly what they make you do. From the very start you are asked to make notes and fill in areas of the book alongside being presented with the manifesto “that it is more important than ever for us to give some undivided attention to the people we care about, to the things that really matter in our lives, and to ourselves.” The book challenges you to look away from your myriad of screens and enjoy a multitude of real life things — actual things and stuff.
