In this workshop you’ll learn what a Risograph is, how it works, what makes it special, and you’ll create a poster or postcard advocating for environmental action.
L K James will show you some Riso print examples, share some favorite mark making tools and illustration techniques, and we’ll walk through a print demo using the Risograph. We’ll focus on ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION as the subject matter of our prints and use this time for creative EXPERIMENTATION. You’ll draw, you’ll paint, you’ll collage, you’ll stamp, we’ll talk about ways we can take care of our planet and in the end you’ll take home a beautiful Risograph print edition to share with your family, friends, and community.
Seating is limited, please register to attend at the link provided.
