SUMMARY:Hot Printing. Offenbach Print Festival\, 22 and 23 August 2026
DESCRIPTION:It’s set to be a colourful and diverse weekend once again: For the third time\, the Hot Printing festival in Offenbach will bring together over 90 artists and collectives who explore the theme of printing in a wide variety of ways. A young and dynamic scene will showcase their printed works – from screen-printed posters to traditional letterpress\, experimental lithography and material printing\, right through to comics and zines in vibrant colours produced on a Risograph printer!\nYou can look forward to stalls\, workshops\, readings\, talks\, exhibitions\, music\, a bar\, good food and inspiring discussions. Find the full festival programme at www.klingspormuseum.de – entry is free! \nPrinting plays a major role in Offenbach’s history: Lithography was first used commercially in Offenbach for printing sheet music at the end of the 18th century\, laying the foundations for the printing of posters and illustrations\, which is now ubiquitous. The Klingspor Museum collects modern and contemporary printed works\, and small print workshops and initiatives have been setting up in the city over the past few years. Printing is simply part of Offenbach’s identity\, and exhibitors from the surrounding area are now looking forward to welcoming a diverse range of visitors\, alongside print enthusiasts from Leipzig\, Hamburg\, Berlin\, Vienna\, Zurich and the Netherlands! \nAs well as browsing and shopping\, you can of course try your hand at printing here too: The hands-on programme includes postcard printing on the Boston platen press in the print workshop\, Lego printing and kitchen lithography\, a sock-printing station using screen printing\, cyanotype and water lithography\, as well as a host of talks\, demonstrations and readings. The workshops are aimed at print enthusiasts of all ages\, whether you’re an experienced printer or a keen amateur – there’s something for everyone! \nImprint Art Fair was last modified: October 2nd\, 2026 by

SUMMARY:Traditional Japanese Scroll + Wraparound Box Weekend Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Emakimono (picture scroll) is a book in its most elementary form\, consisting of a number of sheets of paper joined in sequence\, attached to a pine dowel at one end and with a cloth-bound outer cover. Traditionally used for Buddhist sutras and picture books\, this technique has the potential to be applied to contemporary book arts projects today. \nDay one will focus on the scroll itself\, a beautiful combination of washi (kozo\, mitsumata\, gampi)\, nori (rice paste – conservational glue substitute)\, and cloth. You will be learning a traditional backing technique – URAUCHI. This technique makes artwork sturdier and can be used to create a bookcloth. \nDay two will be dedicated to creating a modern version of a custom scroll box. You will use beautiful decorative Japanese papers – including Katazome sheets from Awagami paper mill and sumingashi (traditional eco Japanese marbling technique) washi – to create a wrap around Jikumono-bako that will store your made emakimono\, which will be wrapped in silk ribbon and secured with bone clasps. \nThe materials used for both the scroll and the box are all sourced from Japan and the UK. Suitable for beginners. Places are limited to 6. \nImprint Art Fair was last modified: October 2nd\, 2026 by

SUMMARY:A Chamber of Wonders
DESCRIPTION:We work hard for living. Daydreaming becomes an oasis\, a way to settle our emotions and envisage the future. The toys collections that witness our stories and guard our spirits help us retain a sense of self in the labyrinthine realm. \nA cabinet of curiosities is a theatre of wonders\, an inventory of the rare and the strange. This exhibition reimagines this cabinet not as an encyclopedic for specimen\, but as a chamber of care. Drawing inspiration from toys\, this project use prints\, objects and game design to reconstruct the memory fragments of daily life and the imaginary world. Preserving new narratives of abandoned things\, the sense of belonging and individuality will be explored through the journey. Expressing our longing for a fulfilling life\, resulting in seeking the true essence of “home” that resides. \nWen Ching Yiu Krystine (b.2000) is a Hong Kong-based visual artist and graphic designer whose work blends printmaking\, illustration\, and experimental graphic design. Drawing inspiration from personal memories\, she explores the beauty of imperfection through risograph\, screen printing\, and graphic media. \nWen’s art challenges traditional aesthetics with playful textures and emotionally resonant compositions that feel both nostalgic and fresh. \nImprint Art Fair was last modified: October 2nd\, 2026 by

DESCRIPTION:Workshop di linoleografia con Federico Blu di Prussia da Manisinistre \nLearn to engrave and print using the linocut technique and create personalized stamps to use as bookplates\, for illustration\, decoration\, and much more! \nDate: May 23\, 2026
@ Manisinistre – Via Custoza 13\, Sesto San Giovanni
Instructor: Federico Blu di Prussia
Cost per participant: €70
Duration: approximately 3 hours
Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Number of participants: 10 \nWhat is linocut and what are bookplates?\nLinocut is an artistic printing technique that uses an engraved linoleum plate to reproduce images or writing on paper\, fabric\, or cardboard. The term derives from “linoleum” and the Greek “grapho\,” meaning “to write” or “to draw.” It has been used since ancient times to reproduce works of art and more!
Bookplates are personalized stamps that often somehow represent the owner’s personality and are used to mark the ownership of books.
During the workshop\, you can draw inspiration from Federico’s suggestions\, who has prepared ready-made botanical-themed graphics to transfer onto the plate\, or create your own design! \nImprint Art Fair was last modified: October 2nd\, 2026 by

SUMMARY:A new Art Studio is born:ARTIDE – Arti a Tempo Determinato (ARTS WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE)
DESCRIPTION:ARTIDE – Arti a Tempo Determinato / (ARTS WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE) \nIn the San Pio X district of Vicenza\, Artide – Arts with an Expiration Date comes to life: a small artist-run studio dedicated to fine art printmaking\, contemporary printing\, engraving in all its forms\, artist’s books\, and experimentation. An intimate and authentic space conceived as a place for encounter\, practice\, and dialogue\, open to the community through classes\, workshops\, events\, demonstrations\, exhibitions\, and moments of exchange. The distinctive nature of Artide is embedded in its very existence. The studio is housed in a neighborhood building already scheduled for demolition as part of the High-Speed Rail (TAV) construction works. While the exact date of demolition is unknown\, the fate of the space is sealed. From this condition emerges the name Arts with an Expiration Date: a laboratory that consciously chooses to exist for a limited time\, quietly yet firmly occupying an urban space destined to disappear through the discreet force of art. Within a context shaped by large-scale infrastructure that redraws the territory\, Artide positions itself as an ephemeral yet intentional presence: a cultural gesture that restores life\, relationships\, and meaning to a place in the final stretch of its existence. Not a monumental project nor a symbolic operation\, but a proximity-based intervention—one that demonstrates how even the city’s peripheral\, temporary\, and fragile spaces can host initiatives of professional quality\, genuine sharing\, and openness. Artide grows out of the experience of Roberta Feoli\, printmaker\, printer\, and artist\, trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino and long committed to promoting sustainable and respectful printmaking practices. For over thirteen years she directed the print workshop at the International School of Graphics in Venice. Since 2018 she has been associated with Shepherd & Maudsleigh Studio (Newton\, Massachusetts); since 2022 she has been a member of People of Print LTD (Derbyshire\, England); and since 2025 she has been part of the Veerle Room Foundation (Antwerp\, Belgium). She has been a Guest Artist for Boston Printmakers and Mixit Print Studio\, has participated in conferences and artist talks in the United States\, visited the Vermont Studio Center\, and is the first Italian artist to have specialized at Zea Mays Printmaking\, an international reference center for non-toxic printmaking. Today she continues to dedicate her practice to teaching\, workshops\, artist residencies\, and collaborations Artide’s activities begin with a series of limited-capacity events. On Saturday\, February 7\, 2026\, a workshop dedicated to cyanotype will take place\, led together with Matteo Totaro\, teacher and typographer engaged in the exploration of new visual languages and analog printing processes\, with particular attention to the relationship between image\, material\, and narrative. On Saturday\, February 21\, 2026\, a drypoint workshop will follow\, using recycled materials such as food-grade cardboard\, culminating in the printing of a small\, precious edition. \nPersonalized sessions are also available for small groups\, couples\, or individuals interested in fine art printmaking or the production of specific editions. Registrations will be accepted and confirmed by email\, in order of arrival\, until the four available places for each session are filled. Artide – Arts with an Expiration Date is a laboratory born with the knowledge that it will end. A brief space of creation\, thought\, and imagination in the heart of a neighborhood undergoing imposed transformation: a small urban miracle\, destined to live intensely before disappearing. \nFor information and registration for the February events: \nfeolirobertaprint@outlook.it \nRoberta Feoli \nWorkshops\, meetings\, and storytelling related to fine art printmaking that is more sustainable and respectful of both the environment and people. \n  \nImprint Art Fair was last modified: October 2nd\, 2026 by

SUMMARY:Andy Warhol: Pop Icon
DESCRIPTION:Andy Warhol (1928-1987) was an American Pop artist who reimagined what art could be at a time of great social\, political and technological change.\n\nThis survey of works from across his career includes early drawings\, painted screenprints and photographic series featuring Warhol’s collaborations with artists\, friends\, filmmakers and celebrities. Images of Marilyn Monroe\, Liz Taylor\, and Warhol himself feature alongside icons of American consumerism\, as well as symbols of the artist’s fascination with mortality.\n\n\n\nThe FREE exhibition includes rarely seen early drawings and illustrations from the 1950s; paintings from the 1980s never exhibited in his lifetime; and lesser-known ‘stitched photographs’ which were the focus of his last exhibition before his death.\nImprint Art Fair was last modified: October 2nd\, 2026 by

SUMMARY:OUT
DESCRIPTION:OUT is a group show consisting of 29 artists whose practices push printmaking in different directions and whose work challenges the conventions of contemporary print.\nThis exhibition responds to the increasing sameness of many print shows; their commercial expectations\, reliance of framed presentation and shop-like displays – and proposes an alternative vision of what printmaking can be when freed from these constraints. The theme of the show\, “the outside” is a metaphor for its one defining rule; no works will be framed\, every artwork will hold its own space outside of the traditional print frame. As a project\, OUT does not reject conventional print exhibitions but instead highlights the medium’s inherent openness. It advocates for print as an expansive\, collaborative\, and materially adventurous practice; one capable of occupying space\, responding to site\, and engaging with the world beyond paper and frames. The exhibition seeks to give visibility to ambitious\, boundary-pushing works\, championing artists who push printmaking outward and establishing a platform for experimentation\, dialogue\, and exploration in contemporary printmaking.\n\nPrivate view: Saturday 24th January 2-6 pm\n\nOpening hours:\nSaturday 24th January 10- 6pm\nSunday 25th January 10- 6 pm\nThursday 29th January 11- 4 pm\nFriday 30th January 11- 6 pm\nSaturday 31st January 10- 6pm\nSunday 1st February 10- 6pm\nImprint Art Fair was last modified: October 2nd\, 2026 by

John Lennon\, Gràcia\, Barcelona ) you have an appointment with more than 25 international and local screenprinters artists by the hand of Give Print a Chance. Screenprinting Market of Barcelona. \nThe Open Call and selection of international and local artists who will participate in the 10th edition of this annual event of screen printing in Barcelona is running until November 15th. \nThanks to the collaboration of Casa Jam Barcelona Print Workers offers free accommodation to long distance artists that participate in Give Print a Chance. \nGive Print a Chance is a Christmas Market dedicated exclusively to illustration and limited edition handmade design. If you are a screen printing artist or you produce work in letterpress\, risography or linocut\, you are still in time to be selected to participate in the 9th edition of Give Print a Chance. \nA little bit of history \nFor 11 years\, Print Workers Barcelona has been promoting screen printing through courses and the extensive catalog of artists in its art gallery. Give Print a Chance is the ultimate expression of this commitment to bring screen printing to the general public as an art as democratic and accessible as it is dazzling. \nLocated on Pl. John Lennon in Barcelona’s charismatic Gràcia neighbourhood\, the name of this annual screen printing event in Barcelona came about easily and almost naturally. What better name than Give Print a Chance in homage to the song Give Peace a Chance by the legendary Liverpool musician? \nAbout the market and the line-up of artists \nGive Print a Chance is a great small-format marketplace. Thus\, in 2024 and 2023\, the total flow of attendees was 900 and 1.100 people .And three years ago there were almost 800 people. So we are very happy to have consolidated Give Print a Chance after the two years of pandemic absence. \nThe market\, like the Print Workers Barcelona project\, has always had an international vocation. And just as the prints in the Print Workers gallery catalogue are sent all over the world\, the market participants are usually local and international artists in equal parts. \nOver the course of 9 editions\, international screen printing artists such as Oli Fowler ( UK )\, Elisa Talentino (Italy)\, Antighost (Germany)\, Tind (Greece)\, Mirjam Dijkema (Netherlands)\, Mandy Doubt (UK)\, Olivier Le Zizien (France)\, Ofycina Peryferie (Poland)\, Ileana Rovetta (Portugal)\, Rat Trap (Colombia) or The Fingersmith Letterpress (Singapore) have shared space with local artists such as Miguel Bustos\, Error Design\, Serigrafia Monoestereo or Jan Barceló\, among many others. \nIf you visit Barcelona for Christmas you should know that… \nGive Print a Chance is a must for lovers of illustration\, design and 100% handmade gifts with free admission. \nAnd if you want to attend as an audience and need accommodation\, Casa Jam Barcelona also offers you a discount. \nSo you can enjoy this event focused on screen printing in Barcelona. A city that you will love. \nImprint Art Fair was last modified: October 2nd\, 2026 by
