Tomas Mutsaers is a Dutch photographer that currently lives and works in Rotterdam. Tomas’ bold and beautiful graphic images observe public spaces and seek to find the extraordinary in the ordinary as the photographer manipulates and reconstructs his subjects to give them a new meaning.
