The drawings by London based illustrator Matt Blease are both witty and charismatic, adding an element of playfulness to their more serious subject matter. After working as a designer for clients like Nike and Nokia, Matt went on to lead the graphic design team at much loved department store Liberty. Now focusing on his personal work, Matt’s fun talking doodles adorn the weekly pages of The Guardian’s G2, along with other companies who want a taste of his recognisable style, including the BBC, Coca Cola, Pedlars and Waitrose.
