72 Editions is a new online store that showcases and sells contemporary artist prints and artefacts in exclusively produced limited editions. An ever-growing roster of illustrators, photographers and other artists have contributed to a superb collection of affordably priced work – perfect for creative gifting. Launched by the team behind international creative network YCN; 72 Editions was born at 72 Rivington Street in Londons Shoreditch. It was here in the buildings ground floor gallery space that an ever evolving collection of illustration, photography and other artwork was curated and offered for sale in limited editions.
A growing audience of curious passers by, collectors and visitors from around the world engaged with the artwork on show and the stories of the artists behind it; many asking how they could buy and collect more of the work when not in the locale. The 72 Editions website was the response.
The team at 72 Editions is collaborating closely with talents including Cristian Zuzunaga, Chris Jarratt, Mimi Leung and Valero Doval to develop accessibly priced work, presented for sale at a user-friendly website. The aim is to make artwork by both emerging and established talent ownable by everyone, everywhere.
The Shop at Bluebird, a pioneering concept store on Londons iconic Kings Road, now hosts a small selection of exclusive 72 Editions artwork in a specially designed concession. We will continue to partner and collaborate with a variety of like- minded businesses and venues to showcase the collection, reaching out to new customers and raising the profile of our artists.
