ARTHOUSE Meath is a community of artists, most of who live with severe epilepsy, learning or physical disabilities. With the help of ARTHOUSE Meath and professional art instructors, the artists work in creating hand printed products that are sold to help continue funding for the development of the project.
With a product range that includes a number of hand screen printed items, now stocked in over 100 stores nationally and internationally, the project has been a great success. It has given individuals a sense of pride in what they produce and the availability for everyone to contribute where they might not of had the opportunity before. The designs are enchanting and refreshing, and combined with a little bit of fluorescent hand screen printing, it’s something you can’t help but love.
