Milan-based illustrator Gaia Stella has just launched her brand new online store with a series of five fine art prints that are characteristic of her signature aesthetic of clean, bold designs, and original colour combinations. The five 40 x 40cm prints were Inkjet Fine Art printed on Somerset Velvet Paper.
The series includes five subjects: Cozy Afternoon, Playground Fun, Sweaty Summer, City Life and The Trip, representing a variety of different situations using simple blocks. The illustrations are inspired by a long and deep investigation that Gaia conducted into shapes and their use. Gaia has utilised a simple and minimal colour palette, choosing just a few colours and shapes in each piece in order to allow for multiple interpretations without losing recognisability.
“I love how the ink shines on the paper, I am eternally grateful to my Master Printer” concludes Gaia. Each of the Fine Art Prints are individually numbered, and will be delivered in a tailor-made package together with a Certificate of Authenticity.
