POP Member and printmaker Kim Minuti is excited to launch a bespoke collection of prints via The London Artisan. A printmaker based in South East London, Kim’s work encourages us to take note of the small things, in the places that surround and shape us. Her work embraces abstract patterns and compositions, in contrast with elements drawn from nature and seasonal change.

The London Artisan is a curated marketplace in the heart of East London, located at the Truman Brewery it is a collaborative project between designers and makers. It offers a diverse, quality, shopping experience that celebrates independent producers and makers. But more than that, it’s also about people and place; meeting the makers, conversation with friends, and embedding the social back into shopping.

Kim has 5 distinct works available from the store. Two are monoprints creating through the etching press using plants from her garden, as well as a beautifully preserved mimosa flower from a plant her mum had grown. Another work, Echo, is a larger piece, creating using the screen print process. The work includes a stem which Kim found last summer which she pressed it inside a magazine and exposed directly on her screen. The print also captures the peculiarities of nature, nibbled leaves, and holes.
