It’s Monday and we decide it’s better to start off the week with our most exciting news. Recently, we have just stocked up the ‘Leuchtturm hardback notebooks’ in our Department Store, and the best bit is that we have teamed up with ‘Prelogram’ to offer you a chance to have your name or a line of text debossed on the front cover!

We believe that handwritten notes are personal, and moreover, getting yourself a genuine 249-page ‘Leuchtturm hardcover notebook’ blind debossed with a name or any words is a rare, distinctive tactile experience you do not want to miss. Personal stationery can tell a lot about you and these personalised Leuchtturm notebooks are such a perfect antidote to the ordinary.

You can enter your name or any words up to 25 characters to be cast from molten metal on one of the world’s last operational Linotype mechanical licensing machines by the amazing ‘Prelogram’ team in Yorkshire. The impressions will then appear on the front cover between the opening edge and elastic closure – a celebration of simplicity and beauty, streamlined through definition and texture.

Not only do these notebooks transport us back to our memories or feelings about a specific time and/or place, they also reflect the grandeur of this late 19th century’s invention and its revolutionary significance.

Prelogram is known for delivering superior customer experiences. In 2010, they rescued an extensive and entirely analogue collection of late 19th to mid 20th century types, matrices, typesetting machinery, printing presses, and paraphernalia from being scrapped.
