Coming to York this month is the impressive Print Stuff independent print and publishing fair. Print Stuff was set up in 2017 by York-based friends, collaborators and makers, Jamie Mills, Megan Wellington-Barratt and Kris Sale and since then have continued to develop the Print Stuff into the fantastic event it is today.
Starting from Saturday the April 28th, Print Stuff will be celebrating everything revolving around independent, printed matter, championing the authentic, handmade, showcasing an assortment of emerging and established talent. Holding its second event in the beautiful De Grey Rooms, it’ll be open to the public from 10am-5pm daily.
Print Stuff brings together the idea of the interdisciplinary space that printmaking provides, showcasing some of the most exciting and dynamic work from contemporary print culture. The curated event crosses the line between illustration, textiles, graphic design, photography, poetry, artist books and functions as an affordable space for artists and designers to exhibit and sell their work and for the public to purchase beautiful and unique objects. Experiences can be shared, conversations can be had and creative opportunities can be opened up.
Oh…and of course we will be there selling our publications! 🙂
