Ben Arfur is from South Wales and is a self taught graphic designer. His work is heavily situated around music – from album covers, to gig posters, it gives him the freedom to play around and experiment. Ben’s work is strongly type based and he combines it with imagery and illustration. A lot of ideas tend to come from his thoughts, dreams and loose ideas. Ben believes that design is a good medium to pull them all together and give them a sense of practicality.
