Maria is a Norwegian illustrator based in London. She spends her time in her flat in London drawing, making collages and making things. Maria tries to her drawings and collages simple and lo-fi. They are mostly based around personal projects and collaborations. She likes using strong patterns in her work, a recurrent theme of hers are bricks and lines, usually using charcoal to work. She is very good with DIY projects and is constantly in the making.

When she is not illustrating or making cut out collages – Maria likes to make self published zines and digital installations. Every now and again she teaches in her old university in Bournemouth.
