Nadia Hafid is a freelance illustrator based in Barcelona. Her work is digital, led with a narrative – combining short stories, with characters and still life. It’s a slice of life through minimalist colours, giving our imagination the chance to invent our own story with the elements she chooses to share. An apple, a girl, a plant… Nadia explores themes from everyday life, such as spaces, contrasts and the quotidian.
She works for different publications and brands. Her work is a combination of illustration and her comic projects. Nadia enjoys Comic books a lot, she believes it is the most powerful way to tell a story. She has made quite a few fanzines and short comics but at the moment she is working on the long process of a comic book! It’s a secret for now…
