Founded in 1984 in a former squat in Nijmegen Knust Press is the godfather of Riso art in Europe. Jan Dirk de Wilde and the Knust community helped establish a global Riso network almost from scratch. Their artist residency programme Art Prison has brought artists from across the world to print in Nijmegen for over three decades.
