The Eboy collective was founded in 1998 by a trio consisting of Steffen Sauerteig, Svend Shintal and Kai Vermehr as a channel of exploration and outlet for their shared love of pixel art. Before they began producing prints, the collective’s work was made exclusively for the screen and distributed on diskettes. Having worked with brands like Nike, Coca Cola, and The New York Times, they may already be on your radar, but their unique, pixelated worlds populated by monsters, girls, robots and huge corporate chains are too good to miss.
