Now in its second edition, Graphic Design Festival Scotland is well underway and will take place at the Lighthouse in Glasgow from 19th to 25th October 2015. This is an excellent opportunity for you to experience a week full of intensive workshops, talks, competitions, urban murals, and exhibitions covering all aspects of graphic design and where its headed.
This year, GDFS reconsiders the festival experience through its prime focus on interaction amongst participants. After months and months of planning, James Gilchrist and Beth Wilson, a design duo who also run graphic design studio ‘Warriors‘, have opted for a collaborative approach to form the festival and have made sure that it will help young talents get exposure and connect with leading design professionals and studios from all over the country.
Whats more, the festival also serves as an extraordinary display of spectacular design projects led by both big names and lesser-known creatives. It’s a great chance for you to join their debates and discuss the future of graphic design. For a full programme of workshops, 2-day projects, and talks, please click here.
