Join us for the May Full Moon Sound Healing & Meditation at the Broome Street Ganesh Temple in NYC. 🌕

For the first full moon in May, we have a special guest artist sound healer @pszygy joining us. 🐬✨

Run down of the Sound Healing & Meditation experience:

We begin by purifying the spirit. Then, stretch the body with a series of light stretches. Calm the mind with a short guided meditation. And last, but not least, we immerse into the sounds. 💫🌀🔊🔊
