NYCxDESIGN Festival
NYCxDESIGN is a staple in the New York calendar of creative events, taking place at various venues across the city from 14th – 20th May 2026.
NYCxDESIGN produces and presents dynamic programming year-round, culminating in the signature NYCxDESIGN Festival. From keynotes and conversations with industry leaders, to showroom tours and exhibitions spotlighting established, emerging and student talent, to behind-the-scenes access to the city’s most inspiring projects led by the visionaries who created them—NYCxDESIGN brings together designers, professionals, and enthusiasts to celebrate the creativity and innovation that make New York City a global design hub and destination.
Last year, the team pulled off over 255 events across the city, welcoming over 160,000 attendees, 37 per cent of whom were international. In the works is the debut of a powerful (pun intended) installation, to be unveiled in Battery Park, tracing the origins of the universe’s first light, 13.77 billion years ago.
