Underway Studio hosts ‘Underway & Friends’ print fair in Brixton – 10-12th October

From 10-12 October, Brixton based print collective Underway Studio will take over Brixton Beneficiary at ASC studios for Underway & Friends: a South London print fair showcasing affordable artworks from local artists. Join the collective in the building where they make their work to browse fresh prints, classic favourites and enjoy some serious bargains.

About Underway Studio

Founded in 2015, Underway Studio is an illustration and printmaking collective based in South London. The four members work collaboratively on design projects using silk-screen print as a primary medium. Much of the collective’s work is inspired by architecture, form, texture and colour. Using physical print processes means their visual language is both playful and distinctive, incorporating photography, collage, drawing and embracing any happy accidents along the way.

Event highlights

A lo-fi print fair – Prints will be raw and ready: no cellophane, no backing board. Tubes available to buy (or bring your own packaging).

Friday launch night (10 Oct, 6-9pm) – Drinks, music, and the full collective kicking off the weekend.

Print tombola & raffle – Try your luck for the chance to win bestsellers for a fraction of the price.
