Learn to engrave and print using the linocut technique and create personalized stamps to use as bookplates, for illustration, decoration, and much more!

Introduction
We’ll begin with an introduction to linocut, exploring the tools, history, and texts that can guide us on our journey.

From drawing to plate
We’ll discover the techniques for transferring the image and creating a balanced design, taking into account the mirroring of the engraving.
Each participant will create a drawing (or copy a ready-made one) and transfer it to the plate.

Demonstration and plate engraving
After a demonstration to clarify the correct engraving technique, each participant will engrave their own plate.

Printing, colors, and rollers!
We’ll print our stamps with different colors and on different papers, exploring the different materials, inks, and supports available, along with the different effects we can achieve.
