Manual for Speed is a contemporary look at professional cycling and they are launching the final piece of their Artist Residency Program today. They collaborated with five tremendous artists who visually interpreted a moving peloton in their own style. These designs were then printed onto cycling jerseys, shorts, and other pieces of kit which were all manufactured by Castelli.
The five selected artists are probably names that you’re all familiar with…Jerry Inscoe, Mike Perry, Sigrid Calon, Karan Singh, and Zio Ziegler, who interpreted the peloton using four basic principles; Chaos, Color, Motion, and Trajectory. Manual for Speed see cycling kit as ‘an opportunity for elevated personal expression’ and we fully agree. Check out these awesome kits, photographed by the very talented Emiliano Granado.
