Arrrre are a risography studio based in Madrid, specialised in printing books, posters, fanzines, photographs and all kinds of projects that disseminate art and design on paper.

Derek, a graphic designer and printer from México and best friend Carlota, a Designer, artist and Risographer since 2020; founded Arrre, a risograph studio based in Madrid, a little over a year ago.

We have just finished our website and are very proud of it.

We put a lot of love and care into making the animations and writing a riso printing guide for Spanish speaking people free and accessible to all… I think its a showcase of creativity.

What is RISO?

RISO was born in Japan in the 1980s and combines the best of photocopying and screen printing. It is distinguished by its vibrant colours, especially fluorescent ones, and its textured finish. It is also one of the most sustainable printing options with its soy-based inks.
