We are continuously adding a vast selection of creatives to our online Directory and one of our most recent additions is french illustrator and art director George(s). Currently based between London & Paris after having spent three years living and working in Shanghai, George(s) quirky illustrations and risograph prints showcase playfulness and a bold sense of humour. With a very clear linear style of illustrating, he predominantly sticks to a monochrome colour palette but adds small splashes of colour, particularly when turning to riso printing methods.
He describes his work as a full organised mess inspired by thousand of things going from Raymond Savignac to Monty Pythons from Douanier Rousseau to Matt Groening.
George(s) has worked with a wide range of clients such as Frigate Magazine Lane Crawford Jai-Alai Magazine Shoes up and Kiblind magazine to name just a few.
You should also check out George(s) instagram page, @call_me_georges, which continues to entertain with mini animations bringing his linear tongue-in-cheek illustration work to life.
