MAAP x P.A.M IV: Outer Terrestrial Space Travel

posted by People of Print Features February 25, 2026

Is there anybody out there?

On February 17, premium cycling apparel brand MAAP and cult fashion label Perks and Mini returned with the fourth chapter of their ongoing collaboration. Titled Outer Terrestrial Space Travel, the new capsule pushes their shared language further into cosmic territory.

Under astral light and guided by the unknown, the Australian brands continue to blur the boundaries between high-performance cycling wear and experimental graphic culture. P.A.M.’s psy-activated visual identity meets MAAP’s technical precision, resulting in a collection engineered for riders who see cycling as both movement and mindset.

The collaboration fuses P.A.M.’s free-wheeling aesthetic with MAAP’s performance-driven construction. Designed for long-range rides and otherworldly escapes, PAAM IV invites riders to push beyond the familiar until terrain and imagination begin to merge.

The capsule includes both on-bike and off-bike garments, built for this world and the next.

At the core is the Pro Air Jersey 3.0, available in two distinct designs. Riders can opt for the striking Violet Cosmos or take a more understated route with Black and Glow Lime. The Team Bib Evo Cargo returns with reflective MAAP x P.A.M graphics, offering technical storage for extended rides while maintaining the streamlined silhouette MAAP is known for.

An Air Mesh Long Sleeve Tee delivers ventilated comfort, described as a second skin for high heat conditions. The Wind Jacket, new to the MAAP range, arrives in a bold Glow Lime, designed as a lightweight protective layer against shifting elements.

Off the bike, the collection continues with a hoodie, shorts and tees in White and Violet Cosmos or Black and Glow Lime.

Accessories including caps, socks, bottles and musettes complete the orbit.

Founded in 2014, MAAP has built a global community around the progression of cycling through style, innovation and performance. Known for bold patterns and technically advanced fabrics, the brand balances design sensibility with race-ready function.

Perks and Mini, established in 2000 by Shauna Toohey and Misha Hollenbach, has long occupied a space between fashion, art and music. What began as an attempt to create a world they wanted to live in has evolved into an international creative platform.

Together, the two brands continue to redefine what cycling apparel can look and feel like. Not just kit for performance, but clothing that channels narrative, subculture and visual experimentation.
