BROKENLOGO are a design company based in Bristol and founded by Creative Director Ian Pook. Ian started BROKENLOGO whilst studying at the University of Lincoln. After graduating and working within music festival marketing, events and fashion PR, Ian decided to make the leap to focus on the company full time in 2013.
BROKENLOGO’s client portfolio includes high street retailers such as Marks & Spencer and White Stuff, as well as event companies and PR agencies. They provide short run and bespoke printing solutions utilising recent developments in digital printing such as laminate foiling and white ink.
2019 has seen the release of BROKENLOGO’s first collection of prints. Each collection will be exploring different print processes, with the first set focusing on geometric pattern and risograph printing.
Ian’s love of design started with a childhood obsession with puzzles and Lego, and he takes regular inspiration from Storm Thorgerson album covers, the city of Bristol and its legendary graffiti scene, super bold fonts, and endless cups of tea.
