Fallani Venezia, a historical screen print studio in the heart of Venice, have collaborated with Italian illustrator Lucio Schiavon to celebrate 1600 years of Venice by releasing a series screen printed 70×50 cm posters inspired by the history of the city.
Lucio has designer a series of eight posters that have been pasted all over the city showcasing a roundup of emblematic figures and events that have appeared in various parts of the city to illustrate its history. “An original memory game, a course between past and present, with the historical deepening of Alberto Toso Fei, who in the first eight posters protagonists of this travel through time and history of Serenissima republic depict Attila, Caterina Corner, le Crociate, Enrico Dandolo, Marco Polo, Maria Argyropoulania, Piero Querini and San Marco.”
Through their social channels, Fallani Venezia have launched a pre-sale of the eight posters, and those that reach at least 15 pre-sales will go into production. Pre-order your copy at a special price of €30, and if the piece you ordered doesn’t go into production, you will receive a refund.
