Marine Laroche works across mediums including graphic design, image-making, and publishing. She obtained her National Diploma of Arts in Graphic Design and Communication at the Superior School of Art of Cambrai, later going on to study in Rennes where she learnt the art of serigraphy. Finally, she gained a diploma in Arts and Crafts in Binding and Gilding at the Estienne school in Paris.

Marine’s prints and books showcase her passion for words, patterns, and colour, featuring typography, nature, and vivid tones. The female body also comes up regularly in her work. Her main mediums of choice are linocut and screen print, and she also works with bookbinding machines when creating her stationery and notebook ranges.

The printmaker tells us; “My dream would be to work even more around the world of books, and to have my own workshop to share my knowledge and skills.” Looking to the future Marine is keen to further collaborate with other creatives on her projects, partake in more artist residencies around books and printing, and continue to share and transmit her love for print.
