Belles Illustrations is a Paris-based publication featuring comics, drawings and illustrations produced by emerging French talents. Published irregularly, Belles Illustrations is a celebration of independent artists and illustrators who create the best contemporary work.

Its latest issue, numéro 5, is a 372-page, risograph collection of stories depicting frenzied characters in dreamlike landscapes. Contributors include Simon Thompson, Joëlle Merizen and also Baptiste Virot who has been featured on our blog recently.
