Women in Film & Television UK are the leading membership organisation for women working in media. For their 2024 Awards Ceremony, held at the iconic London Hilton, Park Lane, they commissioned Manchester-based design studio, Dotto Studio, to create a look and feel for the event through the event’s printed programme and branding. Danielle Molyneux, Dotto’s founder, developed a design that was impactful yet accessible, elevating and enhancing WFTV’s current visual identity. The resulting branding is ever playful, but with an absolute sense of occasion.

Dottos’ work collectively created the event’s look and feel, covering the design of the awards programme and a toolkit of branded elements. Danielle’s designs were both elegant and playful, enabling the WFTV team to produce social blasts and event marketing with ease and flexibility. Dotto worked closely with WFTV and their production house, ensuring the programme was brought to life beautifully via printing by Colourpoint. A touch of glitz was added by the implementation of Foilco’s Nefarious Pink and Disco Blue, which caught the eye of guests and the shimmer of a roaming spot light. The cover was printed on GF Smith Colorplan Royal Blue, creating a striking contrast to the foil details.

Dotto is a creative studio that works with people and brands in Manchester and beyond. They have an online store selling prints, editions and original artwork, and work across projects including typography, lettering and branding.
