Second place in this year’s Graduate Print Awards is the talented RCA graduate Edén Barrena. Edén impressed us with her pioneering use of lithography. Her series of striking prints is a result from her close observation and hands-on experiments in different printing techniques, drawing, and bookmaking. One of her primary aims is to portray an ever-evolving relation between self and other. Her passion for print combined with the clever use of colour has helped her build a very strong identity and ultimately achieve enviable success. We just cannot wait to see what else is in the pipeline. Well done and congratulations to you, Edén!
