The Radical Skate Apparel Collection :: Kyle Platts x Wasted Paris

posted by Anna Chayasatit February 8, 2016

Strange Beast’s Kyle Platts has celebrated his signature style and love for skating in his collaborative project of skate apparel and a skateboard. Sheffield-born, London-based illustrator and artist Kyle Platts has recently teamed up with Wasted Paris, an independent fashion label, to develop a narrative that makes the most of his cartoon characters and humour. After their brief meeting back in 2014 at Be-Street weekend, Kyle has decided to create a series of illustrations which consists of trees cutting down lumberjacks – some perfect cartoon characters with a dark twist and mother nature taking some pretty brutal revenge.

Kyle Platts is now part the Strange Beast Family – a London-based creative studio that works across a wide range of commissions, providing a unique approach and artistically-led solution to creative briefs.
