His work acknowledges the potential pitfalls of how we, as members of an increasingly intensive visual culture; perceive, appropriate and distort the images which are forced into our peripheries by popular media.

His most recent body of work Allegories of Play-toh, investigates the treatment of the classical sculpture in contemporary culture. The flattening of the object to an image, and its subsequent multiplication and distribution through printed matter has resulted in the historical context of the objects being lost. Instead the images are now frivolously appropriated by visual culture into meaningless aesthetic compositions. The works intend to highlight this notion by over-identifying with this process of appropriation.
