From her studio in Crossgar, Northern Ireland, Gail Kelly creates hand-printed lithographs depicting standing stones and fairy thorn trees, distant islands, and traditional farm cottages.

Gail has been making prints for over 50 years, and started learning stone lithography 30 years ago. She now has her own litho press in her studio in County Down. She went to Art College in Belfast back in the 1980s, and after gaining a BA Hons she headed off to America where she did an MFA at Louisiand State University. After working in various jobs Gail decided to go self employed and become a full time artist.

Creating small limited editions, Gail works in lithography, linocut, and woodcut, taking inspiration from the countryside she is surrounded by along with gorgeous gardens and beautiful landscapes she witnesses on her travels in Ireland and Britain.
