Israeli textile designer Lee, creates textiles that are inspired by her local surrounding, finding unique patterns in urban environments and nature. She photographs these elements and brings them back to life through screen printing? her own fabrics and making them into scarves, totes and clutches.
Her designs are a result of a process of collecting visuals – deconstructing them – drawing out the elements she is fascinated with, and reassembling the parts into a new visual element and at the end. She creates patterns transferable to modern accessories through screen-printing and digital printing methods.
What does the future hold for Lee? Well she hopes to grow her own collection line and expand her exploration into new areas like more fashion accessories and also home decor. Exciting stuff!
