A graduate of both Glasgow and Chelsea schools of art, Linzie Hunter is renowned for her digital illustration and lettering work, although when away from the computer she enjoys traditional printmaking. Having worked with clients as impressive as Nike, Harper Collins, Time Magazine and the Guardian, her commercial work, such as her book covers and children’s illustration, is becoming well recognisable. However it is her stranger personal illustration that has interested me, from her subtly dark eyeball-devouring characters to her series of ‘uninspiring posters’, featuring de-motivating messages.
