Stefanie Leinhos is a freelance artist and illustrator from Germany, who beside commissioned work is also doing a lot of self-initiated projects. These projects are located somewhere in the ether between illustration and graphics. Stefanie Leinhos has a strong formal interest in the imagery of comics and by using this imagery, she creates graphics that are abstract but at the same time narrative. She uses various different techniques and processes in her work, like silhouettes, drawings, prints, self-published books and zines.
