This photographic series of Indian cinemas by German duo Haubitz and Zoche, is a timeless collection worth revisiting over and over. Sadly Sabine Haubitz passed away earlier this year, but during their time spent taking photos together they managed to document destinations purely for their architectural aesthetics. Capturing cinematic buildings preserved from the 1930’s and 70’s, over recent years the pair recorded a history of bold, art deco inspired exteriors that still remain, as a fading reminder of the disappearance of cinema culture.
