Adeline is a French visual artist who is based in Berlin where she works in the Drucksalon Studio. As an artist, Adeline slowly moved away from classical illustration, freeing herself of the traditional boundaries of the page, and developed a more experimental and sensitive approach, focusing on the screenprint process as a work of art. Thanks to screenprinting, Adeline found the medium where she excels and can develop a thorough collection of new work.
She is inquisitive-minded and constantly experiments to push the technique to its limits. Her work is all about depth, shade and light, standing somewhere between fading-in and fading-out. She uses the creation of images as a type of writing method. The result is an artwork situated between painting, writing and photography. “Dentelle de Soi(e)” is the most complete expression of her art and produces images with a rare intensity, with sensual textures which you can almost feel.
