Misa is from Highland Park, Los Angeles and is currently a Book Arts student in the College of Creative Studies at University Of California, Santa Barbara. She focuses on traditional mediums with her work while still giving a contemporary feel. She likes to use print as a way to engage an audience in the public and also as a private way of working. We like her large scale woodcuts. Nicely done.
