Thomas Kühnen

We find it very easy to get lost in Thomas Kühnen’s portfolio; a graphic designer and professional printmaker currently working for the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen, Germany. Kühnen uses multiple layers of screen print to produce a painterly effect. No doubt that he uses screen-printing as a means to express his creativity and we are totally enamoured with his pioneering use of colour. What you will see below will surprise you.
