Greek art studio 11 Modern Muses, founded by Alexandra Tiligadi in Patras, extends four years of planner design into an undated collection that blends psychology, poetry and structure for people who don’t use a planner every day but want somewhere meaningful to land when they do.
Not everyone uses a planner every day. Some weeks it stays closed entirely, picked up only when the need for clarity or grounding becomes acute enough to reach for it. Alexandra Tiligadi designed the undated planner collection for exactly that reality: a tool that feels available rather than demanding, that honours irregular rhythms rather than enforcing rigid ones.
The collection is the latest development in the 11 Modern Muses method, now in its fourth consecutive year, which blends psychology, poetry and organisation into a single intentional object. Available in daily and weekly formats and in both English and Greek, the planners evolved directly from customer feedback about what the original dated series had offered people beyond scheduling.
“This method was never only about organisation,” Tiligadi says. “It’s about combining psychology, poetry, and structure into something that holds you, especially on the days you don’t show up perfectly.”
That last phrase is the whole argument: the planner is not a record of productivity but a place to return to.
The undated format removes the implicit pressure of the blank dated page left unfilled. Without fixed dates, there is no falling behind, no guilt at a week skipped. What remains is the structure itself, available whenever it is needed, turned into a personal ritual rather than a daily obligation. The shift from dated to undated is a small design decision with a significant change in the emotional experience of the object.
