I first saw Hazels work at Nothing But Navy and immediately loved her work. Hazel is a designer maker hailing from Hackney, her work going between printed textiles and ceramics. I particularly love her puff-print bags and cushions from New Abstract last year. Hazels’ work explores texture and mark making that is simplistic and automatic by nature, yet subtle and sophisticated. I’m looking forward to seeing what Hazel will do next.
