Coming from all the way from Brazil new People of Print Member Alessio Perez is an art director based in São Paulo. Formerly a lawyer (weird, but true), Perez graduated in social communication at ESPM-SP and has been working as an art director in advertising agencies and as a freelancer since 2014.

In his projects, he likes to explore techniques that go from the most analogic, such as screen print for wheat paste posters to the most digital, like glitch art and generative art, that can be seen in his more personal works. Whenever possible, Perez tends to design utilizing unusual techniques and with softwares other than the mainstream photoshop and illustrator, to achieve results that favour image errors and imperfections and feel more unique to the eye.
